Ingredients

  • 90g Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200g egg Mayo
  • 300-400g Can or jar of artichoke hearts, drained (roughly 250g drained)

Instructions

  1. Turn on oven to 180 degrees
  2. Add parmesan and garlic and blend 5 seconds/speed 9
  3. Add mayo and drained artichoke and blitz 10 sec/speed 6
  4. Place into oven proof dish and bake for 30 mins or until golden
  5. Let sit for 5 mins before serving
