Berry Breakfast Smoothie

Our go to smoothie - Perfect for busy mornings or literally anytime. Use as a base and add whatever you have on hand

Ingredients

  • 150g frozen berries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 50g rolled oats
  • 325g milk of choice
  • 75g ice
  • 1 tablespoon maple or honey
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 Tbs sunflower seeds
  • - Optional extras -
  • 1 Tbs vanilla protein powder
  • 2 Tbs natural yoghurt

Instructions

  1. Place all into your Thermomix (or blender) and mix 30 seconds/speed 10 or until smooth

Notes

Feel free to mix up whatever frozen fruit you have

Could be easily made dairy free

Use whatever protein powder you have and love and feel free to add extra yoghurt or protein powder for more protein.

We often add spinach too for greens
